ABOUT US

What We Believe

  • We hold to the supremacy of the Triune God as the creator of all things.
  • Through Jesus’ incarnation and resurrection, we find reconciliation and redemption in God.
  • The second coming of Christ (the rapture) will usher in an everlasting kingdom.
  • The Holy Spirit empowers and liberates believers, and the presence is evidenced by speaking in tongues.
  • We embrace the Bible as the authentic, inspired word of God and that the name of Jesus has the power to work miracles.
  • Above all, we believe that God’s love, expressed through Jesus, is readily available to save anyone who seeks it.

Mission Statement

As a Pentecostal church, our mission is inspired by Acts 1:8. We seek to be a Spirit-empowered church that witnesses the transformative power of the Holy Spirit into lives, by empowering believers to reach out to our local community, our nation, and the ends of the earth. Guided by Matthew 28:19-20, our mission is to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the triune God and teaching them to follow the direction of Jesus Christ as our beacon of hope. We are committed to providing a nurturing environment where individuals can grow in their faith, worship passionately,  and engage in meaningful discipleship. Through love, worship, and discipleship, we aim to bring about personal and community transformation. We strive to be a beacon of light, compassion, and hope in our Jerusalem (local community), Judea and Samaria (nation), and to the ends of the earth. As we fulfil our mission, we are confident that the abiding presence of Jesus Christ, promised in Matthew 28:20, will be with us, guiding and empowering us every step of the way.

Church Vision

As a church, our vision is to practicalize the liberating works of Jesus Christ, as revealed in John 10:10, and the compassionate call to help people find answers to life’s many questions in a troubled world, as emphasized in Matthew 11:28-29. Therefore, we are committed to building a vibrant and inclusive community, where the transformative love of Christ is at the core of everything we do. We understand that people from diverse backgrounds yearn for hope, healing, and purpose. We operate a welcoming environment where everyone feels accepted, and valued, regardless of their past, present circumstances, or future aspirations. We firmly believe that the message of Jesus offers true freedom and liberation to all who encounter it.

Through fellowship, we seek to create a safe space for personal growth, spiritual nourishment, and mutual encouragement. We also place great importance on engaging in authentic and inspiring worship, fervent prayers and undiluted word of God. Hence our gatherings are designed to encounter the presence of God, where hearts are uplifted, minds are renewed, chains are broken, and lives are transformed.

We believe that worship is not confined to a Sunday service but extends to a lifestyle of gratitude, reverence to God, and helping the needy, in the footsteps of Jesus (Matt. 25:36).
